10 pence from the sale of each carrier bag in our stores will go to support the work of Ashgate Hospice. This raised £395.64 in the 12 months ending 28th February 2023 and £410.83 in the 12 months ending 29th February 2024.
Ashgate Hospice is an independent registered charity that provides care to patients with a life-limiting illness across North Derbyshire at the Hospice and in the community. They are an adult hospice, but they take care of the whole family in the tough times following a life limiting diagnosis.

- over 600 volunteers
- nearly 4,000 visits to patients in their own homes
- over 67,000 bags of donations
- over £10m to run the hospice.

We’re delighted to collect worn shoes for Shoe Aid. Used footwear, in any condition, can be placed in the donation bins at any of our stores.
Shoe Aid is working with some of the largest organisations in the UK to reduce footwear poverty and reduce footwear waste and its impact on the environment, all of which are helping Shoe Aid deliver its MISSION: ‘Make a DIFFERENCE and change LIVES’.
